BayTech Venture Capital is a leading European venture capital company which provides finance to young technology, environmental and medical technology firms in Western Europe in the form of start-up and growth capital. By taking a stake in inge watertechnologies, BayTech is entering the expanding global market for water treatment with its exciting future potential.
Based in Greifenberg, Bavaria, inge watertechnologies AG is the world's leading provider of ultrafiltration technology, a membrane process used to treat drinking water, process water, wastewater and sea water. The technology was developed in-house and is patent-protected. The extremely small-pore filters of the Multiboremembrane intercept not only particles, but also microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses. They thereby provide a dependable source of clean water as core components of water treatment plants. The company offers its customers a comprehensive portfolio of products, ranging from the membrane itself to a variety of different modules and a modular rack design.
