CMS Hasche Sigle advises CEO of visionapp AG on acquisition by Allen Systems Group

Munich – The Allen Systems Group, headquartered in Naples/Florida, has acquired cloud computing specialists visionapp AG. The transaction is still subject to the customary closing conditions. Details of the deal were not disclosed.

A team from CMS Hasche Sigle led by employment law expert Dr Eckhard Schmid and M&A expert Alexander Ballmann advised the Chief Executive Officer and shareholder of visionapp AG, Jürgen Gallmann, on the transaction.

Visionapp AG is a world-leading provider of private and public cloud computing solutions as well as intelligent "software as a service" platforms and automation software. It was spun off from the Allianz Group in 2006 and has been operating in the cloud computing market for more than a decade.

Allen Systems is a leading global provider of cloud orchestration solutions, with over 90 locations in 28 countries. More than 85% of the world's largest companies use software solutions from the Allen Systems Group.
