CMS Hasche Sigle advises Cordea Savillis on the acquisition of the 20,000 m² encompassing "Deggs Shopping Arcade"

The European property investment firm Cordea Savillis has acquired the "Deggs Shopping Arcade" in Deggendorf, Bavaria, from Bayern LB.

The centrally located shopping centre which was built in the mid 80s and expanded in 1988, is located near the old town centre in Deggendorf. The shopping centre encompasses more than 20,000 m² of leasable area. The main tenants are MediaMarkt and Wöhrl. The property consists of 3 floors of retail area and adjacent office and residential area. The current centre management company, Management für Immobilien AG (mfi), has been responsible for the centre management for several years and will continue as centre manager.

Last year CMS Hasche Sigle advised Cordea Savills on real estate transactions in Germany totalling over EUR 265 million. E&G Asset Management also assisted with this transaction.
