CMS Hasche Sigle advises Cordea Savills on investments with a total volume of more than 260 million euros.

In the past ten months Cordea Savills has stocked up its German Retail Fund portfolio to around 300 million euros. Now the international property fund manages objects throughout Europe with an approximate value of 4.2 billion euros. With its latest purchases the company is keeping to its investment strategy by continuing to focus on retail properties and shopping centres.

Led by Stuttgart partner Dr Volker Zerr, CMS Hasche Sigle supported the property investment company on a number of transactions including the acquisition of the Top Shop portfolio from the Sparkassenversicherung and also the purchase of the City Center Landshut and Otto-Hirsch Center in Stuttgart. The total volume of the investments handled by CMS Hasche Sigle amounts to more than 260 million euros.

Cordea Savills emerged from the Savills group in 2003 to offer private and institutional investors professional investment services as an independent entity. Savills Plc, a listed company, is a leading global real estate service provider. It has a 60% participation in Cordea Savills. The remaining 40% are held by Cordea Savills' management team.
