CMS Hasche Sigle advises CordeaSavills on the acquisition of 7 retail properties

SV SparkassenVersicherung domiciled in Stuttgart has sold a portfolio of 7 retail properties in Baden-Württemberg in the framework of a structured bidding procedure. The purchaser is the property funds manager CordeaSavills, London. The purchase price is just under 60 million euros.
The legal adviser to the vendor was GSK Stuttgart and CMS Hasche Sigle to CordeaSavills. Colliers Bräutigam & Krämer Stuttgart was responsible for controlling and arranging the transaction.
