CMS Hasche Sigle advises DaimlerChrysler on sale of Venture Capital subsidiary

DaimlerChrysler AG has sold its 100 % holding in its Venture Capital subsidiary DaimlerChrysler Venture GmbH to the investment company Cipio Partners. DaimlerChrysler Venture GmbH has holdings in, among other companies, the Californian telematics company Iteris and the Munich software provider Definiens AG. 
Stefan-Ulrich Müller and Dr Ulrich Springer (both Private Equity, M&A) from the Munich office of CMS Hasche Sigle advised 
DaimlerChrysler on the transaction; it has been agreed that the purchase price will remain confidential.
