CMS Hasche Sigle advises EDF Energies Nouvelles S.A. on investment in REETEC Regenerative Energie und Elektrotechnik GmbH

Hamburg – EDF Energies Nouvelles S.A. (EDF EN) has acquired a further 44% of the shares in REETEC Regenerative Energie und Elektrotechnik GmbH (REETEC). The seller was Société Internationale d'Investissements Financiers Sàrl.

A team led by partners Dr Ludwig Linder and Dr Heino Büsching advised EDF Energies Nouvelles S.A. (EDF EN) on all aspects of the transaction.

REETEC is one of the leading service companies in wind energy. Its operations in Germany and abroad range from electrotechnical planning and the installation of wind energy converters to service and maintenance work.

EDF EN, a 50% subsidiary of the Électricité de France Group, ranks among the leading companies in the worldwide wind power and other renewable energy market.
