Stuttgart – Canada-based FirstService Corporation, the world's third largest provider of commercial real estate services, has acquired a majority stake in Colliers Schön & Lopez Schmitt GmbH (Frankfurt) and Trombello Kölbel Immobilienconsulting GmbH (Düsseldorf). In March of this year, FirstService Corporation acquired the Munich, Stuttgart and Berlin branches of Colliers Schauer & Schöll GmbH, Munich, and Colliers Bräutigam & Krämer GmbH, Stuttgart.
An internationally experienced team led by lead partner and M&A expert Dr Peter Baisch again advised FirstService on all aspects of the transactions.
