CMS Hasche Sigle advises Groupe Financière Centuria SAS on acquisition of a 70 million euro real estate portfolio

The US investment company Lone Star and its service provider Hudson Advisors have sold another real property portfolio with a value of ca. 70 million euros to a Franco-Spanish team of investors, represented by Groupe Financière Centuria SAS, Paris. The portfolio consists of residential and commercial property, situated for the most part in eastern Germany. The real property serves in part as a security for NPLs and SPLs previously acquired by Lone Star.

This was one of many instances where CMS Hasche Sigle has advised foreign investors wishing to acquire ailing real property and company loans. We have already acted for Groupe Financière Centuria SAS on two complex transactions under Islamic law this year.
