CMS Hasche Sigle advises GST AutoLeather on the German part of the acquisition of Seton Company’s Global Operations

Stuttgart – GST AutoLeather Inc., with its registered office in Southfield, Michigan (USA) and its shareholder, funds serviced by Advantage Partners LLP (with registered offices in Japan and Hong Kong) have acquired inter alia two companies in Germany as part of a global acquisition of the operations of Seton Company. The companies concerned are Seton GmbH and Seton Lederfabrik GmbH, each with their registered office in Mülheim an der Ruhr. GST Autoleather and Seton are two of the world’s largest automotive leather manufacturers in the world.

A team from CMS Hasche led by the M&A expert Dr Peter Baisch advised GST AutoLeather and Advantage Partners on the transaction.
