CMS Hasche Sigle advises ING BHF Bank on admission of Klassik Radio shares to stock exchange

21/12/2004

CMS Hasche Sigle advised ING BHF Bank, which backed the admission of shares in Klassik Radio AG to the regulated market in Frankfurt am Main. The team of lawyers was headed by Dr Christoph Schücking, who is a partner at the firm's Frankfurt office. The transaction was not an initial public offering. Approximately 5% of the shares were placed beforehand in the framework of a friends and family programme. This is the first time in Germany that a radio station has been listed on a stock exchange.

Dr Christoph Schücking, Frankfurt (lead partner, capital markets)
