A real estate fund held by Strategia Français S.A. and managed by Inovalis has acquired three
properties in Düsseldorf, Rüsselsheim and Rosenheim for many tens of millions from Whitehall Funds
(Goldman Sachs). These properties were previously managed by Archon Group Deutschland GmbH. The
transaction was financed by Société Générale. Inovalis and Strategia Français were advised by a
German-French team of lawyers from CMS. CMS had previously acted on behalf of Inovalis on a number
of occasions in European real estate investments.
