Sama group has become a majority shareholder in the Galladé group, Witten. By means of a capital
increase the Italian company has assumed 90 percent of the shares in Galladé. Headed by Dr Anton
Maurer (corporate) and Dr Alexandra Schluck-Amend (corporate, insolvency), a team from CMS Hasche
Sigle, Stuttgart, advised the Sama group on the transaction. The parties have agreed not to
disclose any details. CMS Hasche Sigle has successfully advised the Sama group on several
transactions in the past.
Sama group's investment has made it possible to secure the future of the Galladé group, which
was threatened by insolvency. The Galladé group is systems supplier and engineering partner in the
fields of forging, rolling, cutting and assembly technology, aluminium die casting and
motorsport.
