This avant-garde residential project on the border of Berlin’s Mitte (central) and Prenzlauer Berg districts comprises exclusive apartments, lofts, penthouses and townhouses.
Leipzig-based investor LICON Group is successively acquiring listed buildings throughout German. It specialises in high-end renovation and revitalisation of such properties.
