CMS Hasche Sigle advises LTG Technologies on the sale of the LTG Mailänder group

LTG Technologies PLC has sold all shares in LTG Print Systems Holding GmbH, the parent company of LTG Mailänder GmbH & Co. KG, to Bauer + Kunzi GmbH, Ditzingen, a subsidiary of Koenig & Bauer AG. Led by partners Dr Thomas Meyding and Dr Claus-Peter Fabian (both corporate) a team from CMS Hasche Sigle advised LTG Technologies PLC on the transaction which is still subject to clearance from the Federal Cartel Office.

LTG Mailänder manufactures printing and coating plants for the metal printing industry. It has approx. 300 employees and also has subsidiaries in Italy, the United Kingdom and Japan. LTG Technologies PLC is also listed on the London Stock Exchange/AIM.
