CMS Hasche Sigle advises Mayfair on its participation in Puma

CMS Hasche Sigle advised Beteiligungs- und Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft Mayfair on the acquisition of 16.9% of the shares in the Herzogenaurach sports group Puma. The acquisition of the 2.82 million Puma shares has made Mayfair the largest individual shareholder. A share of 9.78% is still subject to the consent of the cartel office.
