CMS Hasche Sigle advises on Experteer's second external round of financing

Munich – Experteer, the career service founded by Holtzbrinck Ventures, is on course for further growth after a second external round of financing with Wellington Partners as lead investor.

A team from CMS Hasche Sigle, led by Dr Martin Kuhn, advised Wellington Partners on all aspects of this round of financing.

Experteer, a leading career service in Germany and Europe, has been providing an online portal for executives and recruiters both within Germany and internationally since 2006. Holtzbrinck Ventures, BV Capital and Wellington Partners are the main shareholders in Munich-based Experteer GmbH. Wellington has injected new equity capital into the company as part of second round financing and acquired shares from other shareholders in the course of a secondary transaction.
