Hamburg – CMS Hasche Sigle advised on the listing of Chinese company CBF China Bio Fertilizer AG, which was completed last Friday. Deutsche Börse in Frankfurt admitted the company to the Entry Standard segment by private placement on Friday. 770,000 no-par shares created by way of a capital increase were also privately placed, raising around six million euros for the company.
CBF China Bio Fertilizer AG was advised on all aspects of the flotation by a team led by Dr Henrik Drinkuth.
CBF produces biological fertilizers in China and operates in a very high-growth market. The company plans to use the proceeds from the capital increase to expand its production facilities and triple annual capacity.
