Leipzig – The companies GETT Gerätetechnik GmbH, Treuen, InduKey Keyboard Production GmbH & Co. KG, Treuen, and InduKey North America LLC, New Jersey, have been sold by the company founder and current owner by way of a management buy-out. The transaction was supported by Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen (WMS), a linked fund of CFH Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
CMS Hasche Sigle provided legal advice to the new shareholders during the management buy-out via a team led by Dr Jörg Lips.
Since its foundation in 1993, GETT Gerätetechnik GmbH has established itself with its InduKey product brand as a global supplier of professional data entry systems. It has 150 employees and a network of more than 50 distribution partners. The company intends to pursue further growth and position itself as Europe's leading supplier of data entry devices across a number of different technologies.
