A team led by lead partner Heike Wagner advised the shareholders of BOTHE-HILD GmbH on all legal aspects of the transaction.
BOTHE-HILD GmbH is a leading supplier of industrial door solutions in Germany. With more than 120 employees, the manufacturer offers standardised and custom-built door solutions "Made in Germany".
FBM GmbH is a private equity firm focusing on long-term investment in established SMEs in the German-speaking countries. Investment is funded exclusively by the firm itself.
