CMS Hasche Sigle advises on the sale of DaimlerChrysler Services Structured Finance GmbH

DaimlerChrysler Vermögens- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (DCSSF), a subsidiary of DaimlerChrysler AG, has sold DaimlerChrysler Services Structured Finance GmbH to a subsidiary of Deutsche Immobilien Holding AG. Stuttgart partner Dr Peter Baisch (corporate) advised DCSSF on the transaction. DCSSF structures, designs, markets and manages in particular closed property funds.
