CMS Hasche Sigle advises on the sale of the DC DruckChemie group

In collaboration with CMS von Erlach Henrici (Switzerland), CMS Cameron McKenna v.o.s. (Poland), CMS Cameron McKenna LLP (Czech Republic) and CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre (France) CMS Hasche Sigle advised the sellers on the sale of the DC DruckChemie group, which is based in Ammerbuch near Tübingen, to a group of investors. The DC DruckChemie group produces and distributes chemical products for the entire printing industry and operates in Germany, France, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, the UK, Poland, Holland, Italy, Austria and Brazil through subsidiaries. A team of lawyers from CMS Hasche Sigle led by Stuttgart partner Dr Peter Baisch (corporate) advised on the transaction. Details of the purchase price were not disclosed. Other members of the team were partner Dr Antje-Kathrin Uhl (employment) and associate Dr Martin Busch (corporate), both from the Stuttgart office of CMS Hasche Sigle.
