CMS Hasche Sigle advises Sal. Oppenheim on the capital increase of Balda AG

Banking house Sal. Oppenheim and Landesbank Baden-Württemberg have together handled the placing of a capital increase for Balda AG of 14 % of the share capital. The share capital was increased from authorised capital from EUR 47,387,088.00 to EUR 54,156,672.00. The 6,769,584 new shares have equal status to existing shares.

The new shares were subscribed for by existing shareholders at EUR 10.00 per share or placed with German and international investors.

The international Balda Group develops and produces highly integrated devices comprising plastic, metal and electronic components and touch sensors. Customers of the SDAX listed company include international brand names from the mobile telephony industry, medical technology and various related markets.
