CMS Hasche Sigle advises Stadtwerke Schwäbisch Hall on expansion of cooperation with Greenpeace energy - Greenpeace energy takes over customer base of trademark unit[e] naturstrom

As of 1 January 2006 the Hamburg power provider Greenpeace energy eG will take over approx. 28,000 unit[e] naturstrom customers from Stadtwerke Schwäbisch Hall and provide them with clean power. In return Stadtwerke Schwäbisch Hall will continue to be responsible for the registration and billing procedure of clients. After the takeover Greenpeace energy will have approx. 55,000 customers - 1,500 of them business customers – and be the second largest independent provider of ecological power in Germany in terms of numbers of customers.
