The merger process in the temporary employment sector continues. Allbecon AG listed on the stock
exchange has merged with the sixth largest temporary employment agency in the Netherlands, Olympia
Uitzendgroep B.V. The complex structure of the transaction included the contribution of all Olympia
Uitzendgroep B.V.'s shares to a holding company (Overdrive Projekt AG) founded for this purpose by
means of a capital increase through contributions in kind followed by the merger of Allbecon AG
with the Overdrive Projekt AG. In a further step Overdrive Projekt AG will then be listed on the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the name of Allbecon Olympia AG. Before the merger agreement takes
effect approval by the shareholders' meeting of Allbecon AG is required.
The company that emerges from the merger will operate in seven European countries with over
8,900 employees offering qualified temporary work.
