CMS Hasche Sigle advises Württembergische Lebensversicherung on two property transactions

Stuttgart – Two teams from CMS Hasche Sigle led by partner Dr Volker Zerr have advised Württembergische Lebensversicherung on all aspects of two property transactions with a total value of more than EUR 100 million.

Württembergische Lebensversicherung AG has acquired Casio’s European headquarters near Hamburg in a share deal.

An office and commercial complex with more than 18,000 square metres of rental space in the Hamburg district of Eppendorf has also been acquired by Württembergische Lebensversicherung AG. The new build office block is leased to the City of Hamburg for a fixed term of 20 years. Prestigious retail chains have secured the adjoining row of shops, a refurbishment of a former Karstadt building, likewise on long leases.
