CMS Hasche Sigle brings Scandinavian style to Germany for Hospitium AB

Hospitium AB, a Swedish company belonging to the ProfilHotels group, whose hotels include Central Hotel and Hotel Riddargatan in Stockholm and Hotel Uppsala in the town of the same name, has concluded a lease agreement for a maximum term of 30 years with the Berlin company WEAG for a Scandinavian-style hotel in Berlin. The 4-star hotel will be built on the property at Lietzenburger Straße 31/Nürnberger Straße 33-34 and will have a planned 251 rooms, including 8 suites, a large spa area and several roof terraces. The projected opening date is 01.05.2007. The investment volume is approx. EUR 30 million.
