At the end of May Dr Hermann Müller will be joining CMS Hasche Sigle's Hamburg office as an
equity partner where he will reinforce the public commercial law team headed by Dr Fritz von
Hammerstein.
"We are extremely pleased to be joined by Dr Müller, who is a real authority in administrative
and procurement law and who will sharpen our profile and enhance our capability," said Cornelius
Brandi, Managing Partner of CMS Hasche Sigle. This development further underlines CMS Hasche
Sigle's fullservice approach. The growing juridification of many areas of economic and commercial
activity goes hand in hand with a need for highly specialised legal guidance. Over the past few
years there has been a steady rise in the number of public commercial law mandates handled by the
15-strong team, especially in environmental and planning law, but increasingly also in specialised
fields such as foreign trade law.
Dr Hermann Müller will continue to concentrate on infrastructure and procurement law, focussing
even further on public affairs: "I am greatly looking forward to the challenge of making an active
contribution to extending the public law department as a member of a dynamic and expanding team."
