3i (Frankfurt), Dr. Neuhaus Techno Nord (Hamburg) and other investors have sold approx. 46 % of the
shares in the Dutch Internet chemist DocMorris to the British finance investors HgCapital. The
volume of the transaction, which is still subject to clearance from the responsible cartel
authority, was not disclosed. In the future 3i will thus own approx. 24 % of the shares and Dr.
Neuhaus Techno Nord 14 %. The remaining 16 % are held by other investors.
