Berlin – Dr Klaus Sachs, partner at CMS Hasche Sigle, began a three-year term as Vice-Chairman of the ICC International Court of Arbitration in July 2009. "A top-level role such as this indicates not only the high esteem in which Klaus Sachs is held in the world of arbitration but also highlights the international reach of CMS Hasche Sigle."

The International Court of Arbitration was created by the ICC in 1923 and is headquartered in Paris. As one of the oldest institutions of this type it is the world’s leading international business arbitration body.
