Hamburg – Volkswagen and Porsche have now taken key decisions that pave the way for the creation of an integrated Volkswagen-Porsche company.
A team led by partners Dr Christian von Lenthe, Dr Heino Büsching and Dr Henrik Drinkuth provided comprehensive advice to the Federal State of Lower Saxony, a major shareholder in Volkswagen with more than 20% of the voting rights.
