RAG Stiftung successfully advised by CMS on acquisition of largest German engineering services provider

Cologne – CMS Hasche Sigle has advised RAG-Stiftung Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH on the acquisition of 70% of the shares in the Dorsch Group, supported by CMS Austria, CMS Dubai and legal teams from India, Egypt and Thailand. With more than 2,000 employees, the Dorsch Group is the largest provider of engineering services in Germany. It has subsidiaries and branches in more than 40 countries, covering the full range of consultant engineering and planning services for airports, transport, infrastructure, architecture, water, the environment and industrial engineering. The competition authorities have already approved the transaction. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
