Anika Wendelstein advises clients on dispute resolution and represents them in German and international arbitration and court proceedings. She focuses on D&O liability cases and also acts in general commercial disputes. Anika furthermore provides strategic advice to German and international companies in conflict situations and coordinates dealings with insurance companies.
