Born 1972 in Duesseldorf; Studies of Law at University of Cologne. 1997 First Legal State Examination. 1998 to 1999 Research Assistant with University of Cologne, University of Hagen and Trainee in office of Insolvency practitioner. 2000 to 2002Legal clerkship in Bonn and Cologne. 2002 Second Legal State Examination and Admission to Bar. 2005 PhD, Doctoral Thesis on Wrongful Trading. 2002 – 2015 Worked in international Law Firms in Cologne, Frankfurt/M. and London. 2006 Secondment to legal department of Car Manufacturer. Since April 2015 with Cologne office of CMS Hasche Sigle.
