Daphne Brunkhorst advises on all aspects of German and European competition law with a focus on related distribution law matters, merger control, cartel damages and the digital economy. She represents clients in all proceedings before the European Commission as well as before the Federal Cartel Office and German courts and often acts for international consumer goods companies as well as digital economy or traditional industry businesses.

Daphne joined CMS in 2019. She studied law in Germany, the UK and France with corresponding qualifications in each country.
