Henrike Seifert advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, including litigation. Her practice focuses on reorganisations and restructuring measures as well as the use of external staff. She also advises her clients on collective bargaining law matters, employment and service contracts and is experienced in acting for start-ups.

After two years with a renowned employment law boutique in Berlin, Henrike joined CMS in 2017.
