Jan-Hendrik Seifer represents medium-sized companies and international groups in disputes in and out of court, with a focus on litigating before state courts and advising on German and international arbitration proceedings. He also provides pre-trial dispute solution advice, including on contract design. Jan-Hendrik’s practice covers cases in all areas of business and commerce. He focuses on advising energy companies, in particular companies in the mineral oil and renewable energies businesses.
