Finance partner Jens Moraht is an acquisition, real estate and project financing as well as syndicated loans specialist. He acts for banks and investors and alongside his transactional work, he regularly advises a number of large companies on all aspects of financing. With his strong track record in cross-border transactions, his practice includes developing standard documentation for loans in Germany as well as structuring the lending process in an international context. He is also very experienced managing and settling credit portfolios.

Following a secondment in London, Jens joined CMS in 1996 and became a partner in 2000.
