Jürgen Siemers advises and represents German and international companies on labor law and all employment aspects of transactions. He focuses on works constitution and co-determination matters, negotiating reconciliation of interests, social plans and collective bargaining agreements as well as on restructuring companies and groups and advising his clients on organising collective working conditions. In the context of investments and divestments, Jürgen advises on all labor law aspects, preparing and negotiating the relevant framework. He also assists his clients e.g. with dismissal protection issues and employee data protection. Jürgen has particular national and international maritime employment law know-how plus specific life sciences, pharmaceutical, finance and public transport sector expertise.
After having started his legal career with Schäfer, Wipprecht, Schickert in Duesseldorf (today: CMS) in 1989, Jürgen joined CMS in Hamburg in 1994 and became a partner in 1996.
