Lisa-Marie Niklas advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. A main focus of her practice is on outsourcing and restructuring including all related negotiations with unions und employee representatives (works council/staff council) on collective agreements and transition agreements as well as on reconciliations of interest and social compensation plans. She also provides strategic advice on reorganizations such as mergers, demergers and spin-offs as well as on transfers of undertakings.
Furthermore, Lisa-Marie represents companies in all other negotiations with work councils, e.g., on new compensation structures, working hours and HR development. She also provides comprehensive advice on all employment related matters of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
