With a focus on merger control law, Nadine Herda advises on all aspects of German and European competition law. She also has special expertise in distribution-related competition law matters, currently working on her PhD thesis in this area. Nadine represents clients in all types of proceedings before the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office and state courts. Her clients include companies in the consumer goods and digital sector as well as in traditional industries.

Nadine joined the CMS in 2019.
