Knowledge management expert Dr Nicole Campbell is a member of the CMS Restructuring and Insolvency group. She gathers, analyses and processes information and data to advise creditors prior to and during insolvencies as well as to assist with (financial) restructuring, insolvency administration and the enforcement of contentious claims before state courts.

Nicole joined CMS in 2020. She started her legal career in 2004 and subsequently worked for corporates as well as for several international law firms in Frankfurt and London.
