Peter Baisch specialises in private equity and M&A transactions. He advises private equity firms and family offices that invest in medium-sized companies and real estate portfolios. His M&A work concentrates on assisting groups on take overs and spin-offs. Peter has a particular understanding for the concerns of medium-sized companies and entrepreneurs whom he advises on the acquisition as well as the disposal of companies or company divisions. In the context of M&A auctions, he advises buyers as well as sellers and in the latter case also prepares the auction process.
Peter has many clients from the southern part of Germany and, on an international level, often advises Anglo-American and Japanese companies. He has special automotive, mechanical engineering and tool manufacturing industry sector expertise.
Peter joined CMS in 1991 and from 1994 to 1995 worked for CMS in London. He has been a partner since 1996.
