Regine Hagen-Eck has many years of expertise as a lead advisor on complex restructurings, national and international M&A and venture capital transactions. She also advises her clients on an ongoing basis on stock corporation law, corporate reorganisations and succession solutions (including foundations). Companies of all legal forms particularly appreciate her creative approach to problem solving and her consensus-based way of negotiating. Regine also advises the management and board of directors on corporate governance and compliance issues on a regular basis and is herself a member of a number of supervisory boards.
In 1993 Regine joined one of the firms that later merged to become CMS and became a partner in 1999. She sits on a number of advisory bodies and in addition to her legal practice is also admitted as a deputy notary.
