Marta Lalaguna is Counsel of the Dispute Resolution & Arbitration department at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo. She is an expert and renowned litigator in court and arbitration settings through her involvement and counsel in high-level civil and commercial proceedings, whether due to the amounts at stake or the consequences of the rulings for clients and certain business sectors.
She boasts over 12 years' experience advising domestic and international enterprises – including IBEX-35 listed companies – from a wide range of sectors (real estate, construction, insurance, tourism, banking, etc.).
Moreover, Marta has studied at top-tier international universities and has experience as a researcher and lecturer on International Public Law at Universidad de Valencia (Spain).
