CMS has advised US private investment firm CoBe Capital on the sale of Spain-based Techco Seguridad to Securitas Seguridad España.
Techco Seguridad is Spain’s third largest corporate security systems provider behind Telefónica Sistemas and Prosegur. The deal has been struck for an initial sum of EUR 20.3 million.
The firm had originally advised CoBe Capital on the acquisition of Techco four years ago.
Involved in the project were: Javier Torre de Silva, Partner CMS, and Tobías Kálnay, associate CMS.
