His advice and litigation work encompasses a full spectrum: emergency procedures/preventive procedures: ad-hoc mandate, conciliation (debt restructuring, standstill agreements, refinancing agreements, implementation of safeguards, negotiations at the CIRI [Comité interministériel de restructuration industrielle, the French Interministerial Committee on Industrial Restructuring], etc.), restructuring of companies through the adoption of safeguard or receivership plans, takeover of companies in difficulty, management of bankruptcy procedures, etc.

He works alongside the company in difficulty as well as its buyer, shareholders, creditors or contracting partners.

Alexandre handles litigation related to the company in difficulty: rights disputes between creditors, civil liability proceedings against directors etc.
