CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre was the legal and tax advisor for Mr Hugues Mulliez, the founder of Youg's, in the scope of the acquisition of Surcouf from the PPR Group.

PPR was advised by Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier in relation to legal and taxation matters with a team comprised of Daniel Villey and Bruno Nogueiro (Corporate), Igor Simic and Grégoire Kopp (Competition), and Yann Grolleaud (Taxation). It was advised by Sabine Smith-Vidal from Allen & Overy in relation to employment law matters.
Youg's is a company which specializes in IT and digital equipment distribution. It has three stores located in the north of France and south of Paris and employs approximately 100 staff.
