Korian's listed bond placements: CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advisor to the banks

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and Bredin Prat provided advice in relation to Korian's listed bond placements. CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre was advisor to Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Société Général Corporate & Investment Banking, acting as Overall Coordinators and Joint Lead Arrangers, and ING, acting as Joint Lead Arranger, while Bredin Prat was advisor to Korian.

Korian is the European leader specialising in Ageing Well. The Group manages nearly 600 facilities in four business lines: nursing homes, post-acute and rehabilitation clinics, assisted living facilities and home-care services.

Korian successfully completed three Euro PP bond issues:

• one bond issue was for €28,000,000 bearing interest at 2.966% p.a. and maturing on 10 July 2022;
• one bond issue was for €135,000,000 bearing interest at 3.306% p.a. and maturing on 10 July 2023; and
• one bond issue was for €16,000,000 bearing interest at 3.740% p.a. and maturing on 10 July 2025.

The bonds, listed on the regulated Euronext market in Paris, have been entirely paid up by qualified investors. The issue prospectus was approved by the French Financial Markets Authority on 7 July 2015.
