Geneviève Olivier is a Legal Advisor in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats. She works on company restructuring cases and handles legal matters for all types of entities (companies including SCPI and OPCI, GIE, associations, unions, etc.) and registration rights.
She has taken part in numerous conferences relating to the company law reforms introduced by the New Economic Regulations legislation and has participated in the drafting of articles and research.
Geneviève joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 1988. She had previously worked as legal assistant in an accounting firm responsible for monitoring client companies' compliance with company law and as a legal assistant in the legal department of a phonographic production company (1985-1988).
